Erica can bend reality. She is a creator of personal mythology, and an instrument to channel spirit into matter. Her ideas and experiences of gender and sexuality have deeply transform my consciousness, and I am forever blinded by her goddess-like beauty. I took this series of pictures of her in Montreal.

Every person is an entire world of its own making, so, as Diane Arbus put it, "there are an awful lot of people in the world and it's going to be terribly hard to photograph all of them".
